COURSES AND RESOURCES
As a wellness center, we aim to help people through various tools, such as short courses, resources, and family life education. Courses can supplement the therapy experience or be used as part of the learning and growth journey.
LIFE COACHING
Whether you're seeking support in clarifying your life purpose, enhancing self-confidence, or improving communication and intimacy in your relationships, Katy is a Board Certified Coach and partners with you to help create change. A 15-minute discovery call is available to discover if coaching will be beneficial based on your present needs.
